The Chief Instigator

Lindsey Newkirk is the co-founder and 'Chief Instigator' of Junk to Funk.  She started the Junk to Funk Recycled Fashion Show Contest in 2006 because she thought the concept would be a good fit for Portland; mixing sustainability, fashion, art and a little bit of weird.  Click to read more.
